When considering roll off container sizes, think about the project you have in mind. We don't want you to have a roll off that is too small or too big for the job. Making sure we choose the correct one will make it so that your not paying for more than what you need. There are four primary sizes: ten, twenty, thirty, and forty yards, each of which is better for different sized projects. Ten Yard Roll-Off This is a low-boy bin suited to hold 10 cubic yards of debris. It can be well suited for a smaller variety of tasks such as: -Garage/Basement debris. -One thousand and five hundred square feet of roof shingles removal. Twenty Yard Roll-Off The twenty yard bin is suited for slightly bigger jobs such as: -Removal of Flooring/Carpet -Removing between three hundred and four hundred sq ft of decking. -Removing between two thousand and three thousand roof square feet of roof shingles. Thirty Yard Roll-Off This size can be used for much bigger projects such as: -Demolishing/Making major additions to a home. -Demolishing a garage. Forty Yard Roll-Off This is the biggest standard sized roll off we have and can be used for projects such as: -Removing roofing on commercial buildings. -Cleaning out business facilities. -Making extremely big additions to a big home. Selecting the correct size isn't always the easiest task, especially for someone who has never done it before. Service Agreement -A credit card must be kept on file prior to delivery, if any of the service agreements are broken ; fines may be applied. -Depending on the dumpster size, there will be a tonnage limit. Please be mindful of not overloading. -We do not accept hazardous, corrosive, flammable materials/liquids, paint cans, batteries or tires in the container. -When loading the container, keep in mind that it must be level to the top.***
Cancellation Policy
-A $100 cancellation fee will apply to same day changes for service -If driver has arrived to perform a service (load up junk) you will pay the full fee for that service. There is no discount if you cancel a service with the driver on site. -If we are unable to access the property to provide service you will be responsible for the full trip fee and will need to reschedule the service. For example: You schedule the removal of bulky furniture and have a car in the way that cannot be moved and it is blocking access to the bin. The charge for the service will remain for that day and another service fee will be due when you reschedule the job.
